Termination Process

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before termination is complete.

Upon termination, we will provide final reports and assist with transition to new service providers as necessary.

6. Multiple Account Policies

Businesses may maintain separate accounts for different legal entities or subsidiaries with proper documentation and authorization.

Each account must meet our standard requirements and maintain separate billing arrangements. Cross-account access requires explicit approval.

Service License to Clients

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PayFlow services during the term of their service agreement.

Clients grant PayFlow necessary rights to process, store, and transmit their data as required for service delivery and regulatory compliance.

14. Copyright and Trademark Notices

PayFlow, our logo, and related marks are trademarks owned by our company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.
